2. Services Provided

Z Trucking Services provides truck dispatch, FMCSA compliance support, audit preparation, CSA score management, rate negotiation, and open deck dispatch services for owner-operators and small fleet carriers. Our services are performed on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee specific load volumes, rates, or revenue outcomes.

3. Service Fees

Dispatch service fees are charged as a percentage of the gross load value per load booked. Specific fee percentages are agreed upon during onboarding. Compliance and support services may be billed separately as agreed. All fees are disclosed upfront with no hidden charges.

4. Carrier Responsibilities

Carriers are responsible for maintaining valid MC authority, active insurance coverage, and all required operating permits. Carriers must provide accurate and up-to-date documentation. Z Trucking Services is not liable for carrier non-compliance, accidents, cargo damage, or violations resulting from carrier negligence.

5. No Guarantee of Loads or Revenue

Z Trucking Services does not guarantee minimum load volume, specific freight rates, or minimum gross revenue. Load availability is subject to market conditions, carrier qualifications, and broker relationships at any given time.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with reasonable notice. Outstanding fees for services rendered prior to termination remain due and payable. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if a carrier violates these terms, engages in fraud, or causes harm to broker relationships.

7. Limitation of Liability

Z Trucking Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
